There is not much I remember about "Tomorrow Never Dies" and "The World Is Not Enough." I do remember thais is the one where they had to replace Q because the actor died, I always liked him.
Other then that, I always get the story lines mixed up in my head about which is which. Both are over the top, but if I had to pick one as being more entertaining I would choose this one, "The World Is Not Enough.
