The World is Not Enough is a fun, action-packed, and true Bond film that is underrated because of some small details. Yes Denise Richards is the worst Bond girl ever but that can easily be ignored and when it is, the film proves to be a real treat.
After a disappointing entry the last time out, the series returns to what it knows best.
