Review of The World According to Garp (1982) by Matthew A — 15 May 2009
This is a great drama. I loved the story. It had great characters. One poster said the characters and their actions were too unrealistic. I disagree, most of them seemed to be affected by one degree of insanity or another. In reality you can find the same, or similar at least, insanities, they usually don't come packed together so closely, that's all. Plus John Lithgow as Roberta...just greatness.
"Why can't basketball players have kids?" good stuff.
