The critics may have crucified this movie for being a little too ambitious (a story in a story in a story) but I appreciated it - although it wasn't mind-blowing. As fellow aspirational writer, I thought it was even inspirational (but not for the cheating reasons :) It could be a good date movie, but it won't ever be in your top 20 movies.
Wait for it to come out on video. P.S. - Dennis Quaid makes an awful narrator and felt like he was thrown in (an afterthought) to give the movie more dimension. They should have kept him out.
