Review of The Words (2012) by Dara R — 03 Sep 2014
Enchanting! This movie allows you to rest in your own mind and emotions without demands, forced messages, and overdramatic scenarios. You can just rest and the soft music and layering plot keep you going with out expecting shocking turn of events.
The film evolves around three different men, and little development of their female counterparts, however it is okay to walk with the men, and honor them in their journey. I would choose this movie over rewatching many films (that are worshipped by film critics).
Sometimes we need a film that stands apart, is gentle, whose storyline and characters are enchanting rather than just entertaining. A film where faithfulness, integrity, honesty, wholesome, and marriage values are all honored.
