Although a difficult subject to deal with, Nicole Kassell manages to deliver an intelligent though-provoking drama. The performances are all exceptional, particularly Kevin Bacon's performance, which is his finest performance thus far in his career.
The Woodsman has gone under the radar since its release in 2004, but I urge people to see this film, as it is an important subject matter for the 21st century.
