The woman in Black may be a well shot at times and have some credible acting but it's not scary in any way and it shocking how bad it is in the writing department . the creepy atmosphere that the first managed to achieve is largely gone in favour of Jump Scare after Jump scare and none of them work and often ruin the scenes pacing.
the plot is also incredibly predictable and a lot of time really doesn't make sense but i've come to expect that from horror films now.
