Review of The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death (2014) by Tamiya B — 13 Jun 2015
It's definitely not better than the first, but this is a rare sequel that still tries, and still succeeds. There are a reasonable amount of jump scares, but they are good. It's hard to explain.
Even though they were a little short on scares, you could tell they weren't trying to hard and failing. They created an extraordinary creepy atmosphere, and added those light jump scares to make it a worthy sequel.
