Review of The Wolverine (2013) by Darth V — 30 Jun 2014
I didn't see it at the theaters and it looks like I didn't miss much either. I got the DVD a year later and the movie just seems to plod along in "almost slow-motion". If this was supposed to be a reboot of the Wolverine character after the dissapointing Origins movie, then it didn't quite live up to it's reputation.
I'm not sure why we had a robot-cyborg silver samurai in the movie. It seemed like an unnecessary accessory or vehicle for special effects and contributed little to the lethargic storyline. It's too slow and boring to watch more than once.
