Review of The Wolverine (2013) by Dylan M — 07 Aug 2015

I guess its too hard to really make a Wolverine film work. Great in the Xmen movies but as a solo hero not so much. It looked as if the movie was going to be pretty good from the beginning scenes but it just could not hold up.

Its definitely an improvement but ever so slightly. I still thought Wolverine has enough action to keep you at least entertained. But with a lack of interestinf characters, a not strong enough villain, and when the movie keeps dreading on Wolverine can keep you dozing off.

Its a decent superhero flick, but it doesn't hold up with any others and shouldn't leave you amazed.
