Overburdened by a storyline as nasty, juvenile and bawdy-filled as its witless dialogue, The Wolf of Wall Street is an overlong waste of time that attempts to portray the brutally honest ills of business, but because it spends an excessive amount of energy on crude sexual humor, it plummets into tedious mediocrity.
