An absolute masterpiece by Scorcese (which should come as no surprise). Depicting the proposed memoir of real-time bending broker, Jordan Belfort, 'The Wolf of Wall Street' gives you a small but stunning insight into what Belfort claims to be his life in the 80s and 90s.
Beginning as a powerful story about the drive of success, the narrative takes a multitude of dark twists and turns before the real fable is set about. 'It will never be enough'. Ultimately, it is that mentality that leads to his inevitable downfall.
