Review of The Wolf Man (1941) by Mark D — 03 Aug 2008
The second major werewolf film from Hollywood (after WEREWOLF OF LONDON) is an creepy, atmospheric tale featuring Lon Chaney in perhaps his most famous role as a man dealing with his furry doppelganger.
Like many horror movies of the time it isn't all that scary, but as a poignant little tragedy it hits the mark.
