Review of The Wizard of Lies (2017) by Russell R — 05 Feb 2018
One of the better Madoff movies (it shows the aftermath instead of during his scheming), but seriously, haven't we heard and seen enough of this guy already? I don't think we should popularize some guy who cheated people out of millions of dollars.
The only thing that really made this movie OK was the cast (De Niro, Pfeifer). I feel like the TV series "Madoff" showed mostly all of what was in this movie, although not in depth as much.
