Earning 4 stars for the nostalgia factor alone, sure The Wizard is not a great movie. But its easily rankable with Little Monsters, and the characters are very different. Lucas is one of the greatest non-threatening villains in a kids movie, and the cameos are even better.
Overall, an enjoyable film to watch on a late saturday night.
