Review of The Witches of Eastwick (1987) by Zachariah C — 24 May 2012
This was an interesting movie. It was a great movie to see Jack Nicholson be crazy. Crazy Nicholson is one of the most entertaining varieties. Cher was actually beautiful in this, and Pfeiffer was gorgeous.
The three together is more than even crazy Nicholson could handle. The magic was interesting, and the chemistry between the girls was fantastic. Having said all of that, the story line was weak and the overall concept was off.
The movie is a good watch if you are in the mood, say Halloween time frame and nothing too scary. Watch at your leisure, and if you can manage it, do not pay to see it.
