This movie screams "ok" , nothing is exceptional and nothing is terrible either. At first I disliked how overly overdone the fight scenes were but I accepted it later in the movie. The story is also pretty weak and the pacing felt a bit off at times.
I don't think you should skip this if you really want to have some witcher content. But don't jump your seat before starting this movie.
