Review of The Witch Who Came from the Sea (1976) by Bill B — 01 Sep 2011
There are obscure movies that gain affection because they should be seen, and there are movies that deserve their obscurity...and there are movies that are surreal and fantastic messes, that seem intent on punishing their audience both with style and substance.
It's only for the rare cinophile who can appreciate something so dated that it seems like a period piece, so bland it seems like a no-budget student film, and so over AND under acted AND directed that it seems like a satire.
