Slow to get started. So much potential that was just never lived up to. I am disappointed. It was also hard to follow the dialog at times. I can appreciate the authenticity (They claim to have lifted most of the dialog from notes, diaries, court records, etc directly from the 1630's) but I found myself having to rewind or just ignoring things because I couldn't understand them.
Plus some of the scenes would be just hilarious if I didn't realize that, most likely, that is exactly what would have happened during that time period....
