Review of The White Dragon (2004) by Elizabeth S — 06 Jul 2007

Cute! I see why a lot of people don't like this movie-it's billed as something along the lines of House of Flying Daggers, or Hero, but-it was much more of a spoofish romantic comedy. Or something.

There was probably about 5 minutes of "cool Asian fighting" in the movie. And the humor was just strange-you never qutie knew what was going to pop out of the characters' mouthes. And the netflix summary that I read (which persuaded me to netflix the movie) was nothing at all like the story.

HOWEVER, all of that being said, it's worth watching if you're in for a frivolous hour and a half.
