Review of The Whistleblower (2010) by Noah G — 27 Jul 2011
Good film and Rachel Weisz is excellent - kudos to her for taking on this role too. Film is well-edited and suspenseful with little background music to ruin the suspense as you're thinking to yourself "get out of there!".
Its a good generalized story (based on real events) on human sex trafficking - a subject few are willing to tackle on screen (other than some good documentaries that are very difficult to watch). Thanks to Canada and Germany for funding this production.
