Review of The Weight of Water (2001) by Jennifer B — 03 Feb 2008
The plot jumps back and forth between the present and the past. You have to be willing to invest the time to note the similarities between the two plots. What happens in 1873 and what happens now are intricately related.
People say it tells two stories, but really, it tells one story in two different time periods: two siblings with two lovers...love, passion, jealousy, desire...
