Absolutely crazy premise, a ton of holes in the story, a story and ending that you can predict from miles away, and yet I actually kind of liked this movie. Now that doesn't mean it's great by any stretch of the imagination, but Kevin Hart is funny enough to make this thing watchable.
His little band of merry men are also a reason to watch. Josh Gad to me isn't great, and that gal from The Big Bang Theory needs to stick to sitcoms. However, the return of The White Shadow (google it) is a plus too.
Ken Howard and his trip down memory lane of old time football greats provide a pretty funny scene. While it's most likely a rental, it's a fun 100 minutes, just not a great movie.
