Adam Shankman is a decent director of rom-coms and I don't mind Jennifer Lopez movies in general... but why anyone thinks Matthew McConaughey is good in these kind of roles will forever be a mystery to me.
He ruined this movie for me. I just don't like him. I didn't even want Lopez and McConaughey to get together (if you think that's a spoiler you are probably an idiot) and the whole time I was just thinking, "Eww.
.. stay away from him. Just plan his frickin wedding.".
