I knew this was predictable for the first few minutes of this film that's how predictable and awful this rom-com is. Dana Fox's screenplay is formulaic and not all that funny but the performances are decent, and the chemistry that Debra Messing and Dermot Mulroney have with one another are appreciable.

So let's describe the plot and end this review as soon as possible. Debra Messing plays Kat Ellis, she returns to parents London home for her sister's (Amy Adams) wedding. Kat's sister Amy is marrying Jeffrey (Jeremy Sheffield), who was Kat's ex-fiance.

So she plans to get him back by hiring a male-escort (Dermot Mulroney). This story is stupid, it's predictable and it's basically the same movie. I blame the screenplay, I think the chemistry and acting was fine also the direction it's just the script was terrible.
