Review of The Weather Underground (2002) by Jeff B — 01 Jun 2007
An Oscar nominated documentary made a few years ago about the anti Vietnam War group that had an impact on certain people in America. It was always interesting (well, except the conclusion when it sort of dragged on, after the movement ended) I can't believe I didn't know much about them before seeing the film.
I'm glad they got a lot of the main members back to be interviewed, I can't imagine the film being made without them. I also listened to some of the commentary with the husband and wife Weathermen and it was interesting to listen to their comments, especially regarding Bush and the war in Iraq.
I would love to hear their comments about today.
