I wish I'd liked it more as it's beautifully shot and all involved seem to be trying for something a little different. Unfortunately the passive, angsty hero is just too unengaging to really care about.
You just want to give Cage a shake and tell him to lighten up and stop bitching. Maybe the French could have got away with it, but overall this is pointlessly downbeat and uninvolving.
