The way way back is a coming of age crowd pleaser. The first half of the movie Duncan (Liam James) is painfully awkward to watch,but pretty much hit the nail on the coffin in being that age and being in a situation you hate and can not control.
Seeing Steve Carell play a douche bag character was weird but surprisingly refreshing. Sam Rockwell really brought this movie to life and showed being nice to someone really goes a long way! Over all I would have to say this is the best indie film of the summer.
