Wanted to like this more than I actually did. Although the movie's heart was in the right place, and it was nicely shot, I had a hard time finding any connection to or sympathy for the characters. The little boy flits back and forth between being a hideous spoiled little shit and expressing that maybe he has a heart after all too much and too frequently for the character to come off as likable or believable.
Not a bad movie per se, but felt it could have been a lot better.
