Why are they hiding this charming, engaging and brilliantly acted little masterpiece! Well the Brazilian powers that be recognized it, submitting the film as their Oscar entry. Utterly charming, addressing several themes but with a light touch, this is one to see and remember --- BTW, WHO is voting.
Surely 1,650 people could NOT have seen the film but apparently voted.
