Review of The Way Back (2011) by Marilyn G — 11 Jun 2011
A pretty raw survival flick that wastes no time telling its story, not a single unnecessary frame here, very well paced. Some say the beautiful landscape cinematography steals the show, but I think it just helps wilderness they travel through become almost character of its own, the terrain proves to be just as dangerous an enemy as the communists.
