Based on a true story you will need Kleenex and lots of it while you watch this movie. The character development was well done and allows you to grow attachments to the characters. I would have liked even more.
Then human drive to survive and be free while surviving is a strong one and in this group of Prisoners even dying free was better than the concentration camp they were in.
