Review of The Way Back (2011) by Kelly K — 28 Apr 2012
This movie demonstrates the will of man to live when it would almost be better to die. Secondly it demonstrates the ultimate end of collectivism - the death of all of mankind, of hope and of dreams. The next time you hear some do-gooder wanting to do good with someone else's property, think of this movie.
Frédéric Bastiat's concluding paragraph in The Law says it best -- "And now that the legislators and do-gooders have so futilely inflicted so many systems upon society, may they finally end where they should have begun: May they reject all systems, and try liberty; for liberty is an acknowledgment of faith in God and His works.
" This movie is just outstanding.
