Review of The Way Back (2010) by Peter R — 22 May 2011
A 4000 mile walk into a 2 hour film is a tough ask resulting in some heavy handed editing. At times leaving the viewer stranded, jumping from location to location. Overall though this epic story is well told with Saoirse Ronan adding some much needed humanity and heart to the all male cast.
