Peter Weir is back! I mean... this movie is not on the same level of his others, but it's good anyway. An epic story, probably true, from the book The long walk, about some prisoners escaped from a siberian camp during the second world war: after a really long walk they managed to arrive in India and being free.
The second part could have been a little shorter, but it didn't let you down, you keep on following it till the end. Maybe some of the cast is not worthing Weir's directing, Jim Sturgess sometimes looks like he's playing in a fantasy story and Saoirse Ronan sometimes acts like a children, you don't know if intentionally or not, but Colin Farrell and Ed Harris are great, just like the others east Europe actors.
