A must for (Martin) Sheen fans, I would say. This is not so much a road movie as a...um..."dirt track" movie, but watching yet another bunch of people finding themselves (Fingers down throat? Not this time!) is more than enough when you get rounded characters played so convincingly against ever-changing culture and scenery and a soundtrack that is almost perfect throughout too.
Touching, sad (but not maudling), funny, life-affirming...you know the drill.
