I had the privilege of seeing an early screening of The Way hosted by Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez. A fine meditation on loss, self-examination, forgiveness and learning to live again. Few movies show faith as a daily struggle rather than something that you have and barely think about.
The Way captures that quality with little melodrama. ****/5 stars.
