Aside from the beautiful scenery, this movie is heartfelt, touching, and inspiring. And like everything their is always a lesson to be learned, as Tom wished he had gotten to know and understand his son before it was too late.
Thankfully in the end he did gain a better understanding, but sadly he couldn't share it with his son.
