Review of The Waterboy (1998) by Andrew H — 11 Oct 2015
The movie is all that you'd expect from a Sandler comedy; crude, awkward and overall unfunny humour with a few good moments in it.
It even had an extremely unnecessary Ku Klux Klan joke crammed inside it which really did not need to exist.
Despite the negativity the movie did have its heart in the right place and was pretty subtle in some cases. The bad and distasteful unfortunately outweigh the good in The Waterboy. Its definitely not Adam Sandler's worst. But by far not the best.
