Review of The Water Diviner (2014) by Oliver-Todd H — 19 Apr 2015

For his first effort as a director, kudos to Russell Crowe for this film. It's been getting heaps of acclaim down under and with good reason. The movie is based on real events and the war it depicts was a major one fought by ANZAC forces in Turkey in the early 1900's (see the film 'Gallipoli' starring a young Mel Gibson).

The search for his three sons lost in battle four years prior totally opens this mans eyes and heart. I recommend this film.
