'The Water Diviner' is by all means a good-looking film. However, the actor Russell Crowe outshines the director Russell Crowe here. The visuals look absolutely fantastic and the supporting cast is adequate.
However, there should have been a tighter grip on the storytelling and unfolding of events; that emotional connect with the protagonist feels amiss in parts.
