Review of The Water Diviner (2014) by Lincoln K — 08 May 2015
A solid directorial debut for Russell Crowe... as a father trying to find his sons remains after the Battle of Gallipoli... Crowe is quite good in the film as an actor as well... and the film did a good job of showing the aftermath of the war in Turkey.
. There were some pacing issues which might be expected with first timer.. and the ending was a bit abrupt... but on the whole it worked fine.
