While a lot of people only felt this was a weak to mediocre effort I found it very entertaining. While there wasn't much detailed historical perspective which could have helped, the story of a fathers quest, a believable love connection and the forgiveness of former "enemies" makes it a movie that I felt earned a "that was a darn good movie" comment when it ended.
