A genuinely spooky, creepy movie that keeps you wondering whats gonna come next. While not being an adult horror I actually prefer this type of thing because you're constantly wondering when something scary is gonna take you by surprise - if i'd seen this as a kid I think i'd have had nightmares.
Bette Davis is naturally quite witchy in her old age which adds to the feel of the movie.
