Review of The Watch (2012) by Kyle F — 12 Feb 2015
Though it does have a superb cast of comedic actors who, if handled properly, could have made a hilarious summer blockbuster, The Watch fails to deliver any laughs whatsoever, except a scene near the end of the film involving Vince Vaughn's character.
The Watch is, sadly, a poorly written, badly paced, unfunny film with a lack of good visual effects such as the aliens, which appear very fake. The film could have been a fun time if handled the right way, but unfortunately isn't.
