Review of The Wasp Woman (1959) by Larry W — 17 Nov 2007
This movie fails as a work of camp, because the pacing is far too slow and the sense of time is way too slanted. It takes an eon to get to the inevitable monster-y goods, and when you finally get there, you're rewarded only with a crappy mask and crappy gloves.
Royal jelly terror? Roald Dahl did it better. As a side note, the businessman from the beginning is the biggest tool in the entire universe.
