Review of The Warrior's Way (2010) by Dan W — 21 Sep 2011
Is not a bad film, it was even supposed to be in 3D, but all I had in my head was 'In anime would have been more better and enjoyable'. Still, it has it's comedy moments thanks to that little baby.
Plot: Yang is a samurai that has a mission, become the most stronger. But the thing get's harder when he meets his enemy...a baby! How this will end? Cannot spoil more. It is an interesting story-telling, but like I said before, in anime it would have been better (and less trilili, that means less fake).
Acting: Dong as Yang was incredible and has a very amazing skill style in when it's about acting. Kate as Lynne was also fantastic and incredible. Geoffrey as Ron was funny sometimes, and the role was just his style. The rest of the cast (like Danny as Colonel) were great and stunning in their characters. Stars? Some for the effort.
Music: BEST PART OF THE FILM. The musicians did an incredible and marvelous job in the score. Stars for them.
To end this review, 3 stars of 5. Is not good, nor bad, is REGULAR. Enjoy and HASTA LA PROXIMA AMIGOS/AS! CHAO! BLESS YOU ALL SAMURAIS!
