Review of The Warrior's Way (2010) by Austin V — 05 Nov 2012
I wasn't much a fan on this movie. I love action flicks and love assassin movies. I'm also a huge fan of westerns, so I thought this movie would be absolutely perfect! I have a few complaints about it.
I would not have picked Kate to play Lynne. Her accent was extremely fake. It really bothered me every time she opened her mouth. The scenery has to be fake. It didnt feel real. It felt like a dream, a very bad dream.
It didnt help that it was a town of 30 people. Circus people :/ I had a hard time figuring out what time period this took place also. I couldn't understand what was going on for a long time because its like everything was on a fast track.
So in my overall opinion the movie seemed low budget and inexperienced with a not so good storyline. I will say though that there was a lot of great fighting scenes towards the end.
