Review of The War Tapes (2006) by Pam R — 03 Aug 2007
I'm not big on war films but I love this documentary filmed by 3 members of the US National Guards who were sent to Iraq (I guess Iraq is part of their "nation"). Really interesting to see what the soldiers do; such as how they train the Iraqi Police, their reasons for being there and what they think of the war.
It's a very sad (but sometimes very funny), insightful and personal look into the Iraqi war.
