Not bad. Interesting political society stuff, though it's odd in that everything looks like it's the early 80's, though it's set in the present, so any technological dialogue (like the mention of the zip drive being ancient) seems out of place.
Harrelson showed some range in this, but his lazy way of talking became annoying at times. Either way, it was definitely something new for him and worth watching once.
